Daniela Céspedes
AI Training Lead
Miami, FloridaDaniela grew up in Hialeah and started her career teaching high school in Miami. She moved into program leadership at a youth workforce nonprofit in Little Havana, where she wrote and managed the grants that kept the program running. At AI4Grants she leads our training, in English or Spanish, and makes sure every team leaves able to do the work without us.
